• Works with manager to support the client needs and contract requirement and identifies client issue • Compiles and provides a wide range of routine reports related to program management and clients • Analyze reports for trends and offer recommendations • Provides day-to-day instruction to team members on job responsibilities • Reviews and approves timesheets • Implements initiatives to support smooth operation of the team • Conduct performance reviews and facilitate team meetings • Determines appropriate staffing needs for program operations and manage phone schedules; implement procedures to ensure that team is meeting client requirement • Helps associates resolve associate work-related issues • Searches for new opportunities to service clients • May identify new approaches to enhance current service • Trains new and current team members on programs; addresses team members' program questions • Identifies individual as well as group training needs and appropriately address training gaps • Supports new associates in their efforts for growth and development • Assists in ensuring program quality and compliance with SOPs

• Acts as single point of contact and voice for all providers, patient and product/sales team • Serve as a patient advocate and enhances the collaborative relationship between the payer, provider and patient • Coordinate access to therapies, conducts appropriate follow up and facilitates access to appropriate support services • Manages a regional case load • Collect and review all patient insurance benefit information, to the degree authorized by SOP of the program. • Provide assistance to physician office staff and patients to complete and submit all necessary insurance forms and program application in a timely manner. • Track and follow up on prior authorization and appeal request when necessary. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers; resolves any customer requests in a timely and accurate manner; escalate complaints accordingly. • Report any reimbursement trends/delays to supervisor • Communicate effectively with payers to ensure accurate and timely benefit investigations • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of data requires a review of a variety of factors. Exercise judgement within defined SOP to determine appropriate action.

• Assists with patient’s registration, admission, financial clearance, and cash collection for provided services.  • Ensures expedient payment of hospital bills, by verifying information gathered during registration/admission process is accurately presented to third-party payers or guarantors, and minimizes errors that would result in penalties or other delays in payments to hospital.  • Verify eligibility benefits and obtain insurance prior authorizations.
