Senior FP&A, procurement and contract management roles from due diligence to entitlement, including early design and preconstruction. Developed lean processes to enhance accounting and business support services across several concurrent engineering, procurement and construction mega projects (over $1bn).Directly managed all accounts payable functions for accuracy, efficiency and compliance with strict timelines. Associated vendor and subcontractor business relationships were critical to project success.
