Senior Drilling Supervisor and reported to the Drilling & Completions Manager, managed 4 direct reports, including the Rig Manager, Team Leaders, and indirectly responsible for 40 personnel, delivering HPHT wells in the Marcellus Formation, US.• DSV in Decision Support Center monitoring global complex wells for Well Kill operations• Assigned rotation to Marcellus/Utica business unit (AMBU) and leading the rig contractor and business partners in safely applying factory drilling process in HPHT tight gas horizontals (10,000ft) using MPD.• Utilizing WellPlan for Hydraulics, Well Control T&D and Surge/Swab. SME in MPD• Perform HES and Well Control inspections and weekly drills using Check6 Checklists.

I was employed as a Senior Staff Drilling Engineer and reported to the Drilling SME Manager, working autonomously with a team of 8 personnel, including Drill Bit, Cement, Tubulars, Liner Hangers & Well Head Engineers in the delivery of high-profile wells in the GOM.• Led the GOM Business Unit Team for performance management, resulting in saving $300MM pa (2017-2018).• Ensured 5 rig operations complied with new BSEE (Well Control Rule) regulations and enforced with zero downtime, resulting in company award. • Specified MPD requirements on 20k newbuild rig and qualified responses, providing technical support on Big Foot MPD planning and training. • Developed GOM operations RTM plan to comply with BSEE CFR 250.724. • Held responsibility for application to Permit to Drill Standard for GOM operations and liaised with BSEE.• Acted as Chevron’s participating member on the IADC UBO & MPD Committee and was principle coordinator for DEWOG, Ex-Chairman of OOC and API RTM workgroups.

I was employed as a Deepwater Drilling Operations Team Lead and worked from both office and onboard the Pacific Drilling Santa Anna, Drillship, reporting to the Lead Drilling Supervisor and directly managed DGD Field Supervisor and RCD Field Supervisor.• Acted as the primary well operations liaison and single point contact on the drillship for planning and execution of the world’s first Dual Gradient Drilling (DGD) operations.• Led and managed SMD rig team to develop and improve all SMD ops/WC procedures and ensures rigs and SMD equipment operating and handling procedures were aligned. • Provided managed pressure drilling operations expertise offshore in support of company value-based objectives.• Demonstrated mentoring capabilities with inexperienced team and delivered multiple SMD training schools to IADC standard, including single and dual gradient. • Developed and implemented new subsea equipment deployment procedures.
