In my role, I effectively managed various administrative tasks, which involved meticulously tracking students' attendance, performance evaluations, and assessments. Additionally, I demonstrated proficiency in safely handling hazardous chemicals to uphold a secure working environment within the laboratory setting. Furthermore, I took the lead in conducting practicum modules specifically on Alpha Cellulose Isolation, Sulfanilic Acid Synthesis through Sulfonation Reactions, and The Identification of Aldehyde-Ketone Compounds. This hands-on approach allowed me to provide personalized guidance and support to a diverse group of over 100 students during their experimental activities, ensuring both their understanding of the concepts and their overall safety. Moreover, I was dedicated to maintaining a safe and well-functioning laboratory environment that was conducive to optimal learning and research outcomes.

During my tenure as a Research and Development staff at Inkubator Sains USU, I was extensively involved in various activities, including creating Instagram captions for promoting training events and other programs related to scientific writing. I played a key role in crafting engaging and informative captions to attract participants and generate interest in the events. This experience honed my skills in effective communication and marketing strategies. Additionally, I actively contributed to the planning and execution of training workshops, ensuring that they ran smoothly and provided valuable knowledge to the participants. I collaborated with a diverse team to brainstorm ideas, develop content, and coordinate logistics for these events. Working in the research and development field at Inkubator Sains USU allowed me to combine my passion for science with my creativity in content creation and event management. I gained valuable experience in promoting educational initiatives and fostering a community of scientific enthusiasts. During my internship at PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV (Adolina), I had the opportunity to delve into the fascinating world of palm oil processing. I gained valuable insights into the entire process of converting palm fruit into Crude Palm Oil (CPO). Throughout my internship, I was involved in various stages of palm oil processing, including fruit harvesting, sterilization, threshing, oil extraction, clarification, and purification. I learned about the different techniques and equipment used to maximize oil extraction efficiency and maintain the quality of the final product. I also gained hands-on experience in operating and maintaining machinery, such as palm oil mills and centrifuges, which are crucial for the extraction and separation processes. Additionally, I became familiar with quality control procedures, including sampling, testing, and analysis of CPO to ensure compliance with industry standards. Working closely with experienced professionals in the field, I developed a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in palm oil processing. I witnessed the importance of sustainable practices and environmental considerations in the industry.
