Assist City IT Department; Installed, configured, diagnosed, repaired, managed, and upgraded computer hardware, software, and peripherals. Software Administrator. Manages network user privileges using Directory and Resource Administrator. Troubleshoot, coordinate installation and/or repair of IT, radio and camera equipment. Remove police equipment from vehicles and auction using GOVDEALS site. Drives vehicles/transports equipment to and from repair facilities. Program Secure Access Doors. Ensure all evidence is properly maintained, handled, stored and accounted for according to Arkansas laws, court rules, and Sherwood Police, and Employment policy, assists with inventories and audits. Purchases supplies/equipment as needed. Maintain phone and video recording equipment. Creates audio and video CD’s\DVD’s from servers as requested for FOIA or court cases. Tracking and disposing of department assets as required. Train personnel on use of equipment and software as needed.
