Client: Railway Infrastructure Administrator ADIF.Main duties:- Analysis of the earthworks’ stability proposing remedial actions and drawing up projects if needed.- Heading the inventory of cuttings and embankments (80% of 450 km total length of the railway line).- Control and coordination of a six member team over the whole railway line.

Granada

Construction of a stretch of the Tram line in Granada in the southeast of Spain. Budget of the project: 39.5 MEUR. Client: Public Works Agency of Andalucia.Main duties:- Financial and technical control (measurements, construction certificates, audit of the budget deviations, establishing and implementing a quality control plan), and project plan monitoring.- Revision and standardization of the Construction Project according to the criteria of the property over the whole line (civil works for the tram track and urbanization works).- Drafting the Project for the execution of a large collector of waste water by means of a tunnel 620 m long and 2,500 mm diameter. Budget of the Project: 2.4 million euros.
