- JIT management of backend packaging products- Handling of new supplier setup documentation- Liaise with supplier for payment term negotiation

-Daily procurement activity, such as placing orders, tracking shipments, order confirmations-Material planning – Prevent shortages by planning incoming shipments, liaise with supplier if there is a necessary pull in. -Material Optimization – Minimize inventory costs by having sufficient stock level to sustain production line with safety stock on hand, while also not purchasing excess material. Schedule for push outs if applicable-Basic understanding of raw material issues – Work with engineers to drive for supplier improvement, while also gaining an understanding of potential issues with raw parts- Technical Skills - Basic understanding of technical drawings and measurements

Air Export Intern- Handle documents regarding to shipments (packing slips, airway bills)- Submitting customs declarations- Ensure proper records of shipments and data

- First point of contact with customers, meeting customer's needs- Basic inventory management- Product introduction to customers, to furnish customers with information and allow them to make purchases that meet their needs
