Welcome new clients and provide a welcoming atmosphere. Help build relationships with clients through our sales consultants. Meet with sales consultants once every two weeks and mentor new consultants in the business to ensure a fruitful career. Appraise vehicles used as trade ins and vehicles we are outright purchasing from clients. Strategically present numbers in a transparent manner, while keeping the clients best interest in mind, in turn, maximizing profit on both the front end and back end. Follow up with all unsold showroom visits, and help sales consultants reach out to leads that weren’t ready to purchase to earn their business. Work with lenders on approvals and organize all paperwork to streamline finance.

Work with inbound internet leads through calls and texts to make the car buying experience as seamless as possible. As an Internet Sales Manager, reaching out to clients personally enhances the client experience and shows the client that we really care about them, their interest in our inventory, and care about making the buying experience painless.
