The Watts 2 Boston Foundation is a non-profit organization that I have co-founded with my family. The aim is to provide monetary, educational, and occupational support and resources for young students living in Watts, California. Students in our program will receive funding for high school scholarships, making them more able to pursue a college degree. Then, they will work with our organization to find summer employment in Boston and will stay, likely with us, in the area for the summer.

This summer, I had the privilege of interning in three different departments for Cushman & Wakefield. I started in marketing, where most of my work centered around Adobe InDesign and Photoshop, creating materials and slides for brokerage pitches. Then, I moved to research, where I helped update the Microsoft Access database and created a "Research Spotlight," demonstrating the near negative correlation between rent increases and construction-adjusted tenant improvement concessions. Finally, I spent the end of my summer working on the Downtown Boston Brokerage team, where I compiled stacking charts and comparables for the downtown associates and directors.

My department seeks to maximize the fan experience at Fenway Park through activities before, after, and during games. I facilitate the use of technology, such as various Red Sox Virtual Reality experiences and the MLB Ballpark App at Fenway Park on game days. I also assist in any additional Red Sox events, such as Red Sox Showcases or post-game “Deck Parties.”
