With over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I am passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests, leading and empowering teams, and solving problems creatively. I have a bachelor's degree in hospitality administration/management, and I have developed strong skills in hospitality, problem solving, and team leadership. I am currently looking for a new opportunity to apply my expertise and values to a dynamic and innovative organization. In my most recent role as a General Manager at FAB Restaurant Concepts, I was responsible for managing a dual concept location, consisting of a cocktail bar and an Irish pub. I oversaw all aspects of the operations, including staff/management training, inventory, budgeting, marketing, and customer service. I also collaborated with the corporate team, vendors, and partners to ensure compliance, quality, and profitability. I successfully increased sales, reduced costs, and improved guest satisfaction by implementing new strategies, processes, and standards. I have received accolades for top numbers across the board operationally. Most importantly I fostered a positive and collaborative work environment, where I motivated, coached, and supported my team of over 40 staff members; in turn consistently keeping high levels of staff retention .
