Cam Suarez-Bitar is the Director of Marketing and Public Relations at Pak Group LLC / Bellarise, and partners with the company’s president and various departments to broaden the reach and relevance of the Bellarise® brand across North America. His professional experience spans the sports industry and automotive sectors, along with the education, art, and food industries.Since 2016 - and after spending 7 years working in PR and marketing with FORTUNE 500 brands, government organizations, and startups in the U.S. and Europe through his own consultancy - Cam has expanded Pak Group NA’s marketing and PR department’s research capabilities, enhanced the relationships that internal and external stakeholders have with the Bellarise® brand, and produced communications campaigns that bring clean label ingredients to commercial bakeries looking to improve the North American bread consumer experience. He believes that real success is all about how well you connect with the people you are trying to help and supporting their goals; what you do to continue learning through life; upholding the highest degree of integrity, and loving what you do. Cam has landed coverage in baking industry print and digital outlets around the world, including Milling & Baking News, Snack Food & Wholesale Bakery, World Baker, and Baking & Snack Magazine. His own articles and write-ups have been featured in all corporate communications channels, and his research has also been published in trade publications.In 2019, Cam lectured at IBIE 2019 (which takes place every three years) on how to market to generations X, Y, and Z in the evolving North American market. He was invited to speak on the subject again at IBIE 2022.At other points in his career, Cam has also been interviewed via broadcast media on the relationship between motorsports and innovation in the global automotive industry.In addition to his background in PR and marketing, Cam is a musician and actor, and volunteers with several community organizations and local athletes across the County of Los Angeles. Cam holds a Master of Arts in sports administration, with a focus in marketing and PR, from Northwestern University.
