The Swinton Building was constructed in 1913 as a Furniture Showroom. Beginning in March 2019 I commenced the renovation of the building to transform it into a mixed-use development featuring street-level commercial space and six rental apartments. In February 2020 “The Common Stove” restaurant opened in the ground floor commercial space. Six residential rental units were completed and the building was fully occupied in February 2021.
