EBMA is an Australian-based health technology and consultancy team dedicated to the provision of high-quality clinical registry platforms and research services in orthopaedic and sports medicine. Through application of skills and experience spanning clinical outcomes, medical imaging, database administration, engineering and science, we have one goal in our sights - outstanding outcomes for every clinician and patient.As MD, my role sees me working closely with the other founders of the business to ensure EBM Analytics is grown correctly to build a strong foundation for the business to expand upon as we scale up. I create strategic direction, business and operational plans as well as guide the day to day operations of the business including financial, product and people management.

Product Owner for the suite of applications that fall under the HCM banner at Goodstart, including SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors.

Aurion has been established for 29 years providing HR and Payroll software and outsourced services to their customers.The Product Owner is part of the Software Operations team, but works closely with stakeholders across the entire Aurion business and client base, with the responsibility for ensuring that the Aurion solution delivered meets the needs of our current and future customers in the ever evolving world of work.The Product Owner role is always a hard one to explain but when you dig deeper you see the Product Owner role is that of a conduit of information from various parts of the business including the customer base, as well as providing the lynch pin between teams to ensure the best people are involved in any situation to ensure the best outcome. On top of that my role sees me:• Delivering structured backlogs, based upon business and customer needs, to the development team for the monthly releases; • Management and tracking of development projects, translation of requirements, specifications and progress updates to the necessary stakeholders:• Review market information and conducting workshops with clients and internal team members to gather and understand requirements for future enhancements to the Aurion solution;• Investigation and creation of roadmap business cases for presentation to the Senior Leadership Team and inclusion on the development roadmap; Some of the key achievements I've had as a Product Owner:• Designing and overseeing the development of Aurion’s new Onboarding and Cloud access application from start to finish• Led an integration project with an international software vendor to create a market ready solution for Australia• Managing the development of Aurion’s first mobile app • Lead the Product function for a new product aimed at the SME market• Leading the Roadmap generation process with the management team

My role was to facilitate the sourcing of top quality candidates for the growing Aurion team. With a desire to ensure that Aurion becomes an employer of choice in the Australian market, I formulated a new Talent Branding Program for Aurion; improved the recruitment process, both from the hiring manager perspective as well as the candidates; developing a Talent Brand for Aurion; formalising Talent metrics to ensure the ongoing success of the program.

Part of the Chandler Macleod Group's Specialist Products, Aurion has been established for 28 years providing cost effective and best practice HR and Payroll software and outsourced services to their customers.Whilst working in the technology space with Chandler Macleod I was asked to oversee the recruitment for our sister company Aurion. During the 11 months in this position we saw headcount increase at Aurion by over 50%.Alongside this, I was working across the Specialist Products arm to find Consultant/Psychologists for the CMG Consulting Business.

Part of a refreshed IT recruitment team. I was responsible for working in the IT Project space, working with Program managers through to Business Analysts, alongside the roles that didn't quite fit within the standard IT verticals.

Part of the Finance and Accounting team, I was responsible for working with customers to fill junior accounting roles for non-qualified accounting and payroll professionals.

Working within the South-West London area, providing clients with top class local applicants. I had to create and maintain working relationships with an extensive client base, sourcing and interviewing suitable candidates and marketing their skills to this client base.

Set up as a sole-trader, I contracted to numerous companies in Brisbane and the Gold Coast to provide sales and installation of blinds and awnings, alongside the sales and installation of Curtrax picture hanging system.
