including set-up boxes, folding cartons and promotional packages in multiple substrates including: Paperboard, Durafold, PVC, PET, RPET, Injection Molding, Natralock. Was promoted and relocated to Los Angeles to increase Plastics sales inter-departmentally between 
 the Personal Care and to the Media division.- Grew territory from $0 to $4 million dollars in two years- Recognized for gaining Largest New Business Account in 2008- Initially hired as Sales Support to Estee Lauder Account

on all fronts for three business models:- Horizon Beauty launched Shanghai, the Fragrance, exclusively at Saks Fifth Avenue and in select venues internationally.- Marc Rosen Associates an international package design consultancy- Prêt-a-Porter, a stock supply house specializing in fragrance components
• Established international distributorship protocols. 
• Manage the day-to-day creative, business and financial workflow. 
• Acted as a liaison with government regulatory officers for global distribution.
• Responsible for design management, supply chain, logistical, operational, production as well as all financial issues.

The GDC was responsible for the production of global and US comps and mechanicals for over 1,000 beauty/cosmetic items annually. Worked in conjunction with the global design, marketing, development and marketing services teams, as well as all outside suppliers Implemented protocol and procedures to facilitate a global production artwork tracking system which led to 30% reduction in production expenses and lateness dropped from 50% to >10%.The GPD was responsible for the production of comps and mechanicals for over 1,000 annual beauty/cosmetic items, both global and USA, including the following global relaunches/categories:- Hair Care - Advance Techniques ($100MM): 8 segments and over 100 products. - Personal Care - Planet Spa ($30MM): 3 line stories and over 50 products - Skin Care Avon Solutions ($50MM): 6 segments and over 60 products - Fragrance - Maintained extensions of existing lines. - Specialty Bath - Maintained extensions of existing lines.- Color Cosmetics - Maintained extensions of existing lines.
