- Managed a 1.7 million dollar, 6,000 subject, National Institutes of Health R01 grant investigating injury risk prediction in high school athletes - Developed and managed an interdisciplinary team of 50 staff members at 20 locations nationwide - Responsible for study implementation and monitoring, budget management, scheduling, study recruitment, staff training, and data analysis and reporting- Created manuals and conducted on site training to ensure reliability of data collections- Responsible for building positive relationships with researchers, clinicians, study participants and parents- Developed monthly status reports to effectively communicate project status and updates to team members
