- Regular monitoring of the InComm Platform to ensure there are no outstanding errors or deviations in expected traffic.
- Correspond with internal and external technical teams to address ongoing code or network issues.
- Using Microsoft Excel, MySQL, & Access Database, Creat & Present Weekly and Monthly Reports to company leadership.
- Analyze and prepare financial and technical reports on a regular basis and as requested.
- Remain available for On-Call requests. These requests range from responding to alerts, to engaging support teams to resolve ongoing issues on the Platform.
