Our team was responsible for 30% of the overall business through the gift & corporate (B2B) channel with the key Premium consumer Brands of Cross & Sheaffer writing instruments.

Alexander Brands was a privately owned family business sold to BPM Australia Pty Ltd in June 2014. Responsibilities included managing the Corporate identity of brands such as Cross, Inoxcrom, Filofax, Artex, Scripto, Eagle Creek, to the corporate and promotional markets. Incorporating design, marketing, sourcing, production, and delivery of bespoke/branded products.

Project management of the implementation of a new software package into Alexander Brands with all processes including scoping, testing, implementation and training. The “super user” for this package. Managed the IT relocation of our existing warehouse in Brisbane to our new 3PL in Melbourne.Evaluate and Streamline the previous systems to make it more cost effective and efficient. Increase the productivity of the business where possible

Jetty Surf was part of the General Pants Group who have since sold off the Jetty Surf business to Billabong who rebranded the stores to SDS. Worked casually whilst at University but was given the privilege to manage the store on certain shifts. During holidays and at the end of my University studies I went to Full time Manager originally in the Flag ship store of Bourke St Mall but due to poor store performance at Greensborough & Northland I took over management of those stores.
