Working with the founder of Coaches Creating Impact (CCI) to create a graduate coaching program in which online coaches specifically developed their Leadership Acumen. Focusing on developing the skills and attributes needed to build a team, scale an online business, and effective communication strategies.From mapping first hires, to weekly team meetings, payment structures, messaging, conflict resolution, situational awareness, onboarding, communication, and team retention. I walked new business owners through each step of the process.As a result of my direct mentorship, Coaches were making more and working less! My clients were able to go from making $10K months to $30K months in only 6 months of coaching.What I learned through this process was that online coaches NEED leadership training, and that many of the business coaching programs out there do not equip online coaches to be stronger communicators, business owners, and leaders.
