He has worked for/with high-profile companies and financial institutions in private industry and the government sector within the banking, real estate and utility industries. From software development and database admin roles, to C-level management, he challenges the operational status quo by innovating companies’ processes, streamlining workflow and reducing expenses.Chad, as the VP of Housing Choice Vouchers for CMHA, where he developed an operational strategic plan and led the turnaround of overspend in the department to have a reserve of over $1.3M in his first year. With an expertise in digital transformation leadership, he has utilized his experience to create new ways to turn operational processes into digital solutions designed to maximize output and minimize costs. Using cost analysis he decided to move the Inspections Department to an outsourced model that resulted in more than $500K reduction in expenses.As the former CIO for CMHA, Chad led the digital transformation and virtual implementation initiatives that revolutionized the company’s operational system workflow. A recent testament of his ability to leverage technologies and create cost-efficient systems was when he implemented a Production Center that reduced annual expenses more than $100K annually, earning CMHA the nationally coveted ‘Ricoh New World at Work Award’ for Innovation. He also led the virtualization of over 95% of the company’s servers, moved 80% of the user workstations to Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), and implemented Office 365, SharePoint Online, and Exchange in the cloud. This significantly increased the system uptime and resulted in thousands of dollars in savings.
