As the Conference Manager for Total Telecom I was in charge of producing content for all the events within the Total Telecom portfolio. Working closely alongside the Business Development Managers, we were able to distinguish the key areas of address for our specific sectors. From various discussions with my MD, our publishing arm, and my own desk and phone call research, I was then able to write a conference programme, which was then populated with the highest quality speakers. I worked closely alongside the marketing team to create various marketing materials (ebooks, twitter campaigns, brochures etc etc) for the shows, and often wrote copy that helped to promote my speakers and my programme. Within my role, I also worked closely alongside operations in regards to onsite logistics, ensuring all details of the show are delivered to the highest quality. For post-show marketing, I often wrote briefs for the videographer, to ensure high quality speaker interviews and post show promos (which could then be used for future sponsorship prospectus').Post show, I worked closely alongside the marketing team to distinguish key areas within the conferences that we needed to highlight for the post show report. I also liaised with with many of my speakers, delegates and consultants to understand what the show should address for the future. I have already produced the IPX Summit, Carriers World, Total Telecom Festival and the World Communications Awards.

After completing a 12 Week Content Producer Internship programme I then took a full time position as part of the award winning Content Team as a Content Producer. I developed the programme for Spring Fair International 2014, Europe's largest home and gift trade fair. I provided a programme that provided key insight, analysis and advice to our audience, and populated an agenda with independent retailers from all over the country. I was also part of the team that saw the launch of the successful eCommerce Zone, and eCommerce Theatre. I was also the Content Producer for Naidex National- the largest disability, homecare and rehabilitation event in the UK. Having researched thoroughly amongst retailers that worked specifically within this independent living sector, I then presented the key themes and challenges to the marketing and sales team. Then working closely alongside the sales, and brand manager, I was then able to produce a programme that sponsors then were happy to support.
