POSITION :Responds to communications from guests, travel agents, and referral networks concerning reservations arriving by mail, telephone or through a central reservation system. Creates and maintains reservation, processes any cancellations and modifications.Tracks future room availability on the basis of reservations, and helps develop forecasts for room revenue and occupancy. Additional duties may include preparing the list of expected arrivals for the front office, assisting in preregistration activities when appropriate, and processing advance reservation deposits.Knows the type of rooms the hotel has as well as their location and layout. Knows of all hotel packages plans-meaning status, rates, and benefits. Update availability of all distribution channels Web booking systems.

Reception/Office Administrator-Check-in and Check-out, Hotel Reservations (online and offline),-Orientating the clients-Welcoming clients and explaining the Chamonix area, places to see, guiding around-Administration of the hotel as part of the team-Serving in the restaurant;All the activities of the hotel involved strong communication and interaction with the clients being part of a small family business

- Identifying different target markets and design specific packages for customers- Hotel bookings, working with different online booking systems;- Attract new clients, maintaining a good relationship with all of our existing clients , in order to keep their loyalty year after year - P.R. responsible of the agency – press communications and interviews, media presentations, press releases- Participating and managing all the Tourism Fairs in Romania, preparing presentations of our agency as well as our packages- Organizing events for the agency in Romania or abroad – Romanian Ski Days is a project that at the base was coordinated by me and my team in Austria, a weekend event/festival on the Austrian slopes with ski contests and concerts – this was a new concept on the market that has transformed into a new and very interesting brand that is now call SnowFest.- Introducing new products or concepts on the market in order to gain popularity and customers – ski charters in France, events: Romanian Ski Days in Austria Kaprun, Snow Fest in France, Les 2 Alps, etc.- Offering solutions for improving our working system- Web-marketing activities - updating the travel agency's website with tourism offers and packages, creating and updating the website with banners and other online marketing activities, such as promotional marketing activities through email marketing, search engine marketing, social media marketing- Periodically study tours for checking the new hotels/cities, ski resorts from our list of offers ofpartnership with external providers
