About Camelia Borg
I'm an energetic, creative and organised NLP Results Coach (ACC) and Training professional, with a passion for empowering others to develop self awareness and become the best version of themselves. Coaching: 13+ years experience coaching young people and adults of all ages and professional backgrounds, in different capacities. In 2019 I became a certified International Results Coach and launched Ethena X, an international personal and professional development company. Since then I have supported hundreds of people to achieve their goals, master their mindset, experience transformations and make a difference in the world. In 2023 I received my Associate Certified Coach (ACC) Credential with the International Coaching Federation (ICF).Training: 13+ years experience designing and facilitating impactful training, coaching individuals and teams and facilitating engaging workshops. This includes managing large scale National Training events for over 4,500 staff across England, managing and training multiple teams, as well as delivering experiential workshops and training to 1,500+ young people. Public Speaking: 11+ years experience presenting to a variety of audiences, hosting numerous charity and community events, as well as Awards Ceremonies. This includes speaking at the National Housing Federation's Annual Conference (2014) and hosting the annual Dragons' Apprentice Challenge (2014 - 2018) for Broxbourne and East Herts.Youth: 12+ years experience working directly with 2,500+ children and young people in different capacities, from ages 4+ with varying levels of need and diverse ethnic backgrounds, including disadvantaged and trauma experienced. This includes managing large scale Youth Programmes and activities, coaching, leading multiple youth teams and providing ongoing pastoral care to both staff and youth teams. One Youth Programme alone raised over £8000 for charity and the young people collectively completed over 10,000 hours of social action.
