CM Events Co is a woman-owned and operated event design and production studio. We specialize in experiential events that provide unique opportunities for connection, storytelling, and memory making. We work with brands, nonprofits, individuals, and corporations to conceptualize and execute share worthy and immersive events that will live beyond a moment in time. We hustle. We problem solve. I managed and executed events and programs for a myriad of clients and brands. (Meta, Noom, Pinterest, Intuit, and others). I worked to establish goals and objectives for activations and meaningful engagement at events hosted around the country, ranging from leadership retreats, sales incentive trips, expo activations, corporate receptions and dinners, and anything in between. I proposed creative event designs, brand activations, print and swag opportunities within events and offered problem solving from start to finish. I managed a small team focused on serving one of the companies largest programs and outlined process and protocol to establish ongoing organization and success.

Directed all events associated with fundraising and donor cultivation. Oversaw event committees, chairs, and support staff associated with key fundraising events annually, including the Brophy Fashion Show, Golf Tournament, Power Breakfast, and Auction. Evaluated current fundraising initiatives and recommended enhancements to support the scholarship and financial aid initiatives, campus campaigns, etc. Strategized additional fundraising components and outlined applications for improved ROI, community participation, internal tracking and metrics, and creative problem-solving.

Managed, developed, and implemented all aspects of the Museum’s three annual fundraising events. Evaluated and strategized big-picture practices and industry standards to elevate events across the board. Built a foundation for future growth within the department and implemented department-wide systems and processes. Planned and executed all aspects of key fundraising events. Served as a liaison to select board members, committees, and event chairs. Worked closely with other departments, programs, donors, and volunteers to facilitate the Museum's overall mission.

Oversaw and managed all event elements of the Sundance Film Festival in Park City, UT. Hired and directed a team of seasonal event coordinators and volunteers to execute 90 events over the 10-day festival. Worked closely with vendors, sponsors, and event hosts to ensure event logistics and details. Executed events at the NEXT Fest LA Film Festival. Managed Festival budgets and made recommendations for annual financial planning. Collaborated and supported year-round Institute events across the country, including the annual Institute Benefit.

Produced and executed 5 major fundraising events and 10 cultivation events each season, including the annual Gala, Fashion Show and Auction, Costume Event, Beer & Ballet, and 21 performance receptions. Raised funds to support operating expenses, developed trade partnerships with local corporations, and acquired donors and sponsors for events. Conceptualized and led development-specific marketing campaigns, managed over 200 volunteers. Served as staff liaison to the Ballet West board and auxiliary groups. Hired and managed development coordinator and interns.

Hired two consecutive summers as a freelance consultant and coordinator for the Tour of Utah bike race. Organized volunteer outreach and coordinated with host communities. Placed hundreds of volunteers, assessed course needs, led volunteer orientations, prepared race-day set up, and assigned volunteer duties.

Directed and organized corporate outreach and training programs. Met with corporate representatives to determine training needs. Outlined and presented training proposals, processed registrations, and maintained program budgets. Led marketing and social media campaigns. Hired and managed a team of office assistants. Collaborated with faculty on presentation materials and arranged all on campus and off-site training logistics.

Organized, planned, and executed 220 events and meetings each year, including the annual Chairman's Cup Golf Tournament, Taste of the Valley, Watkins Awards, and Executive Summit. Managed the Chamber budget and social media campaigns. Obtained sponsorships for annual revenue and fulfilled sponsor agreements. Built relationships with corporate and community partners. Directed sub-councils on the Chamber board and maintained Chamber relationships 900 plus members.
