- Created floor health mechanisms and set standards for the first GEN11 launch of 2021 based on existing standards set forth by top performing AR sites as well as Central Floor Health. Through these mechanisms and standards set in place, was able to lead MQY1 to the #5 spot in the entire North American AR network for Floor Health, as well as #1 in the region and #1 for all 2021 AR launches (current, December 2021).- Exemplified curiosity and drive to learn more about floor health by shadowing Floor Health leaders at CMH1, TUL2, and MEM4 – learning what “good” can look like and implementing past lessons learned to avoid potential barriers during launch.- Drove Pick Pod Gaps down from an 8.9% average in the first full month of launch (July 2021) to 2.8% (current, December 2021) by prioritizing obstructions based on location rather than dwell time. - Reduced building’s Obstruction Response Time from 100min+ at the start of launch to under 30min (current, December 2021) through coaching of body mechanics and proper access path etiquette.- Partnered with RME team to track fiducial replacement and work order completion closely, leading our site to be best in the region for Bad Fiducials, or lack thereof. Partnered with Central Ops PE’s to provide best practices and guidance to other sites in the region.
