Responsible for ensuring young people from vulnerable backgrounds joined the NCS programme. Account management of specialist schools and local authorities across the Berkshire and Buckinghamshire area. Holding relationships with key internal and external stake holders including Activate Learning, NCS Trust, Catch 22 and Thames Valley Police. Implementing and tracking the zonal area’s inclusion strategy and ensuring that as a zone we are being as socially inclusive alongside inclusion targets set by the NCS Trust.Achievements include:• Achieving 150% Paid by Result targets in first year.• Developing and implementing Salesforce training used nationally.• Managing projects across multiple regions including developing new processes and strategies to increase numbers leading significantly higher year on year results.

A crucial member of the sales team enticing young people to join the NCS programme. Public speaking, teamwork and leadership were fundamental to the role of an Engagement Coordinator to present assemblies, PSHE sessions in promoting NCS and The Challenge. Appointed as learning facilitator and rapidly promoted to key worker developing strategies to support the development of life skills for young adults at the extreme end of the autistic spectrum.
