I provided customer service to students, staff and the public by answering enquiries relating to program advice, admissions and enrolments. During this role, I worked within the resources and database of the University, and developed critical thinking skills as I solved problems in a time sensitive and efficient manner.

I performed general operations within a retail chemist, including retail transactions, dispensing and organising stock, and providing assistance to customers.

I facilitated the learning and development of primary and high school students learning the piano. During this role, I provided insightful advice as an accomplished pianist and role model to younger students, and oversaw and promoted preparation for examinations for these students
