I am a shareholder in Anderson Kill's Washington, D.C. office. My practice focuses on insurance recovery. I have represented corporate policyholders in a broad range of insurance coverage disputes, including claims regarding coverage for employment practices liability, environmental contamination, antitrust litigation, flood and hurricane damage, intellectual property liability, false advertising, lead-based paint, asbestos, False Claims Act, overseas tort liabilities and directors’ and officers’ liability. In addition to insurance recovery, I also have represented clients in a number of commercial disputes involving false advertising, defamation, construction design defects and international trade.I have represented clients in trial and appellate courts and arbitration tribunals all over the U.S., including federal and state courts in Virginia, Ohio, New York, Illinois, North Carolina, and the District of Columbia, as well as the U.S. Court of International Trade.
