I researched three target verticals, resulting in over 150 customer leads for the initial pipeline. I managed the pipeline and conducted cold outreach, utilizing VBA to develop an Excel-based customer tracker for streamlined prioritization and insights tracking.GTM Strategy – Major US Broadcaster & Indian Tech Company: I assessed the market for a new low-cost mobile broadcast offering in India, identifying 400 million potential subscribers. Collaborating with stakeholders, I defined a cash flow-positive business model by year 5. I developed a dynamic, scenario-based financial model, projecting an EBITDA-CapEx of over $1 billion USD by year 10 in a conservative base case. I tailored pitch decks for key partners, including the Indian government, and presented the business case to the CEO for investment decision-making.

I identified digital transformation failures across the company and devised a timeline-based roadmap for remediation. Additionally, I developed custom software solutions to address digital transformation issues, including a local database solution.

I designed detailed Tableau dashboards for visualizing data related to 1,000 contracts processed company-wide. Additionally, I developed a VBA program that achieved a 7x speed improvement in processing individual incoming contracts.
