Learning Management System Manager:Our Learning Management System hosts all online training available to the organisation in 62 countries around the world. The system holds nearly 30,000 users on the system and hosts hundreds of Leaning interventions such as e-Learning material, Videos and interactive games.I work with L&D folk and key business stakeholders around the organisation to engage and align them with our Learning & Development strategy (U+). This includes: - Helping them roll out training interventions both at a country and faculty level. - Create regular processes in order to allow all employees to have access to the platform on their first day of the company (includes instructional and information communications)- Project Manage the delivery of company specific programmes, system updates and integrations with acquired businesses - Manage and report on our mandatory curriculum aimed at Management Level for the Legal Department- Host and Deliver Global L&D Update calls to initiate the collaboration and sharing of best practice and information between countries and faculties.- Provide customer support to end users, managers and stakeholders to create easy access to all available training needs.- Manage a team of first line support agents who provide the administrative support to the system.
