I offer comprehensive dog education services, from training dogs and their owners in basic obedience and problem behaviors, to assisting with health and nutrition questions, to regular walks and visits. Building and maintaining relationships with clients is a large part of what I do, as well as managing expectations and client satisfaction. I coordinate multiple schedules and maintain good time management, as I concurrently work a scheduled part-time job. I also maintain up-to-date knowledge about most effective training practices and proven techniques.

I help customers find the correct solution to whatever problems they may be having with their pets. I provide quality customer service, listening to what they need, answering questions, and giving them options that might suit their needs. I value myself on high rates of customer satisfaction. When not actively assisting customers, I take the initiative to merchandise in order to increase visibility of product and assist in sales, organize products or overstock, maintain the cleanliness of the store, and prepare orders to keep products well-stocked. I maintain a good attitude and make the store a welcoming environment for customers and coworkers. I also stay knowledgeable about the products that we offer to better assist and offer suggestions, which requires staying up-to-date on changes in the industry.
