Sales leadership of the 16 Sales Directors, Managers and Sales Support personnel tasked with the net growth of the business within the Health and Aged Care, Corporate, Government, Sport and Leisure and Education sectors in Australia. In addition, deliver the Compass Group Sales Funnel process training to all sales staff across the organisation in Asia Pacific.

Lead the growth and retention strategy and process through a team of regional and sector based Sales Managers and sales support staff for the Health and Aged Care sector brand Medirest, plus the Business and Industry / Leisure sector brands Eurest and Restaurant Associates. In addition, deliver the Compass Group Sales Funnel process training to all sales staff across the organisation in Asia Pacific.

Lead the growth and retention strategy and process through a team of sub-sector specialist Sales Managers and sales support staff for the Health and Aged Care sector brand Medirest. In addition, develop and publish the health and Aged Care Sector Growth Plan for the business, engaging all relevant stakeholders including the Executive Office.

Manage directly the entire bars team of the hotel including 4 Bars Managers and 8 Supervisors across the 4 bars and 1 night club within the hotel. Deputise for the F&B Manager for all 12 F7B outlets within the 920 bed hotel.

Port Stephens

Manage all F&B staff across the 4 F&B outlets within the hotel, including Restaurant, 2 Bars and Conference Centre. Deputise for the General Manager across the entire hotel including Housekeeping, Font Office and Reservations requirements. Note: As the GM was away at least 50% of the time due to them managing two hotels, I was effectively running the hotel for the bulk of my time here.
