I am a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser within the greater Sacramento and Placer County regions. I operate as a high volume appraiser, with a focus on existing and new construction suburban properties within the greater Sacramento regions. In this role, I have provided asset valuation for purchases, refinances, new construction properties, proposed constructions, HELOCs, rental data, and other similar purposes. My certifications include FHA approval. I have been in the Appraisal field since 2016, both independently and as a peer within appraiser offices. Prior to Appraising, I worked as a Marketing Assistant and Media/Community Outreach representative, with an emphasis on brand outreach, and both new and returning business.
