Curate and maintain the wine list for the restaurant/hotel. Host monthly wine events, bringing in winemakers/reps from all around to create engaging and dynamic guest experiences. Offer wine recommendations to guest. Teach classes to the staff. Assist in all aspects relating to restaurant needs.

Cleaning and sanitation of crush equipment and winery facilities - Daily set-up and break down of crush equipment - Hydrating, filling, and topping barrels - Punch downs, brix readings, juice and wine sampling - Various other duties as assigned by winemaking team
