MagicBand+Lead Content Producer for the announcement and product launch of MagicBand+ (Nov 2021 - July 2022)- Managed a team of 3 Producers and collaborated with Project Managers, Copy, Media, Content Strategy, Design, Tech, and App teams through many changes in final deliverables and deadlines. Through great teamwork and coordination, our team executed.

Rotational program where mentees from outside of DPEP Tech & Digital were brought in and taught by Mentors about what different roles entail in 6 months. With the remaining program time, mentees were expected to step into the role and take on 3 assignments to lead by themselves.- Developed a customized training plan to facilitate an optimal learning.

On-Call Shift every 3 weeks for 24/7 support in case of downtime in the parks, apps and/or website as well as for new experience launches and emergency situations.- Assisted both Content and Urgent Messaging teams in the Command Centers for Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge (WDW) for opening day, Hurricane Dorian, Hurricane Ian and the launch of the Virtual Queue.
