- 50,000m2 Vacant Industrial Facility, Rosebery, Sydney Appointed by the land owner to undertake a complete site analysis and provide a Stage 1 Feasibility report. This report tabled a series of options ranging from immediate disposal to land rezoning and complete redevelopment.

Client side project manager specialising in commercial projects for large corporate and institutional clients. Projects included:• Goldman Sachs - 6,000m2 Complete refurbishment and accommodation restack for a leading global investment bank. All works were undertaken with the client in full occupation and required to achieve a LEED Gold rating.• George Weston Foods - 8,000m2 Workplace consolidation project for a large FMCG corporate headquarters. Works included a 300m2 commercial test kitchen and were completed with the client in partial occupation.• ASX - Building Services UpgradeUpgrade of building and tenancy services for the ASX. These upgrades were vital to increase the level of redundancy to mission critical trading equipment and were installed within a live operating environment.• PBL Media - 50,000m2 Printing facilityPart 3A application for a complete refurbishment and adaptation of an existing warehouse. Change of use to provide a new printing facility for a major Australian publisher.
