-Performing surveys and rig ups of MWD/LWD and logging equipment on offshore installations -Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and equipment manuals to perform maintenance activities successfully-Collaborating with rig coordinators to plan and manage the installation of our equipment on rig, along with ensuring that our equipment is compatible with equipment being used on the rig-Managing and organizing the refurbishment/hire of various types of equipment from 3rd party vendors-Fulfilling the role of a voluntary safety monitor for the facility by conducting monthly meetings within a team to discuss potential HSE concerns, queries or upgrades

I began my modern apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering with Baker Hughes in August 2018 and successfully completed it in August 2022. During this period I managed to develop my core skills within the workplace whilst also completing my SVQ level II, SVQ level III and NC level 6 at NESCOL. This helped me grow my skills vastly and enabled me to further my abilities in working within a team whilst starting my career as a technician for Baker Hughes.
