Manages strategic enrollment initiatives the Ivan Allen College of Liberal Arts. Leads and supports college-wide efforts to attract and engage prospective students. Responsibilities include undergraduate recruitment, high school engagement, orientation programming, marketing and communication collaboration, ambassador program leadership, and event planning.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of the Welcome Center. Responsible for the development, management, and growth of the Telecounseling Program. Role included supervision of 10 student assistants, recruitment event planning and hosting, and resolution of student issues.
