I left school knowing what I desired and got straight into further education. I acquired a Level 2 (1 Year Course) & Level 3 (2 Year Course) in Railway Engineering.I then chose to move onto university through Newcastle College University Centre. Undertaking a 2 year course to acquire a Foundation Degree in Railway Engineering. In addition I was introduced to Project Management; resulting in me pushing myself to do another 1 year course at university to achieve a Upper Class 2:1 Bachelors Degree in Engineering Project Management. This time frame was from 2016-2022. During my time at College, I joined the Railway Industry as an Overhead Linesmen working in the Overhead Line Isolation Sector from the age of 18. Companies I have worked under are SPL, ISS, & SWGR. In 2022, I joined Infrasafe alongside my main-line companies to acquire a Senior Authorised Person(s) competency, which entailed the isolation of HV Overhead Lines and managing the isolation teams, located at the Stadler Gosforth Metro Depot.I have now stepped away from the railway industry as I have acquired a position as a Junior Project Manager at Turbo Power Systems. To further develop my skills, knowledge and experience, in the career I desire and studied for.
