(Re)Creating History: Exploring embodied performances through immersive technologies. This project will create a new system that can preserve and (re)create current and historical physical performances, such as dance, athletics, theatre, etc. using cutting-edge immersive technologies such as Photogrammetry and Motion Capture. This practically based research project will initially investigate the overlooked and forgotten history of women's boxing, resulting in an original immersive experience.
