Currently, I am the Senior Director of Global Executive Recruiting at Applied Materials, the leader in materials engineering solutions for the semiconductor industry.In my current role, I lead a team of executive recruiters and researchers who support the hiring of senior executives across all business units and functions. I also partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic talent insights, succession planning, and internal talent mobility.
