Human Resources Business Partner (Hrbp)
CurrentAs the sole HRBP for 600+ employees and 100+ practitioners, I provide strategic support and services in the areas of strategic workforce planning, development of HR procedures, employee relations, compensation analysis, organizational design and development, change management, and training and communication. As a private equity backed organization, APDerm frequently acquires other practices; as the HRBP I am heavily involved in the onboarding of the new practices and their employees, and helping to ensure a smooth transition and integration into the APDerm community.In addition, I advise the Talent Acquisition team on strategy and candidate selection, working closely with the HR Operations Manager on the optimization of iCIMS ATS and CRM for recruitment workflows.
