As the name suggests, the Infill project is connecting two existing Neighbourhood centres, one anchored by Coles and the other by Woolworths.The Showrooms development includes a health and wellness precinct, service station with convenient grab n go food offer, Fitness and traditional bulky goods retailers.I work closely with the Development team to execute leasing strategy aligned with demographics research, market gap analysis and DA approvals.

Managing all aspects of the leasing for Queensland IRAPT portfolio - 8 Neighbourhood and Super Neighbourhood and Sub-Regional Centres in SEQ, Townsville and Mount Isa.

Centres: Myer Centre Brisbane, Mt Ommaney Centre, Mount Pleasant Centre in Mackay, Whitsunday Plaza & Taigum Square on Brisbane's north-side. Introduce and renew both national and local retailers to increase net property income.Detailed demographic studies to target specific retail mix. Budget and forecasting of base rent and capital.Senior member of leasing process committee. Shaping how Vicinity does business.Present monthly & quarterly reports to Vicinity & co-owners. Achievements:Develop and execute approved strategic leasing plans. Reduce vacancies (to zero on some assets). Secure base, aspirational & iconic tenants. Increase base rent income on renewals by leveraging portfolio deals. Reconfigure sites to maximise income & sales. Lease new Pad sites for additional unbudgeted income.
