The challenge 1) To rekindle consumer connection and relevance for Robinsons Cordial and Robinsons Fruit Shoot, two of Britain's biggest drinks brands, whilst under pressure from retailer own brand expansion and Ribena. 2) To drive a significant top and bottom line growth, to create new value and supporting price growth. By understanding how people felt about, used and enjoyed both brands, this informed the development of a new brand strategy, portfolio strategy and innovation pipeline. Implementing the new approach lead to a transformation of the core product proposition (from single to double concentrate), pionering in media neutral engagement panning with BBH London, multiple award winning advertising campaigns, re-negotiating the second oldest sport sponsorship- Robinsons @ Wimbledon. These brand programs supported significant price growth and the introduction of multiple new brand product innovations which are still in market over 10 years later. The results were strong 30% of organic PLC growth, and grew profit ahead of value, ahead of volume.

An adventure, working as tight international sales and marketing partnership to expand Britvic's flagship "Robinsons Fruit Shoot" brand outside of the UK. Built geographic growth strategy including brand and product positioning, retail entry strategy, 5 yr P&L, route to market strategy. Lead implementation across Holland, Belgium, Spain, Italy and Greece. Holland and Belgium became strong success stories and helped build Britvic's confidence and knowledge to further expand into Euro through acquisition.

Part of a dynamic team the turned the UK and Ireland from the worst performing business unit in Europe to the best performing. The success was underpinned by strong cross functional planning and team work. And a focus on doing the basics of sales and marketing consistently well.Promoted to role responsable for sales and marketing across Belgium, Holland, Poland, Hungary, Czech republic and Russia. Selecting and working with local distributors to grow the business following closing down local market operations.

Working in the Uk's second oldest brewery on classic Ale brands Old Speckled Hen and Ruddles County. Driving growth through distinctive and contemporary brand positioning, portfolio management and strong brand advertising and stand out in store execution in the busy Ale category.
