SIGINT PED SME and senior Arabic Language Analyst with more than 20 years experience in collection management, mission management, analysis, reporting, multi-aperture geolocation systems, and Arabic language analysis at the operator and supervisory level. I have more than 35 years of military experience with the last 26 years in Airborne ISR, National SIGINT collection, and SIGINT analysis and reporting at the tactical and strategic levels. I am a qualified Airborne Direct Support Mission Supervisor and NATOPS instructor on the EP-3E and also have operational experience with the RC-135 and P-3C aircraft in ISR operations and geolocation. Previous military experience is in Naval Aviation maintenance and Aviation Ordnance. I have extensive Operational level maintenance experience on the F-14, S-3, SH-60 and HH-60 as well as experience in small arms, ammunition accounting, magazine operations and Intermediate level maintenance on aircraft ordnance release and control systems. Additionally, I have experience with general military leadership, training, and personnel management. I was awarded an Associate of Arts degree in Arabic from the Defense Language Institute and a Bachelor of Science degree in Liberal Arts from Excelsior college with concentrations in Linguistics and Arabic.
