There is nothing more enjoyable than tackling what seems to be an impossible task- breaking down the barriers of what is the accepted way of doing things and challenging what is accepted as the 'way things are done' .My passion is identifying the opportunities that risk events present to both improve efficiencies and financial growth. As an Insurance and Risk Manager, my experience stretches across all parts of a business developing governance processes to capitalise on the risks an organisation faces including:- the development of ERM Frameworks- improvement on existing processes- identifying internal and external methods of risk transfer opportunities- driving bottom line improvements through organic growth strategiesIn a post COVID world, I see it as an imperative need for organisations to continue to evolve and rise to meet the challenges of a new norm of operations and continue to diversify and mitigate their risk portfolios for a sustainable future.
