I am a software engineer that is trained in developing and maintaining big data frameworks for modern business practices. I received my Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington in July of 2020. In pursuing my degree, I found myself specializing in android/mobile application development, as well as practicing in various other frameworks and tools for developing a multitude of professional applications. This background prepared me adequately to be hired on at Revature as an up-and-coming software developer for business applications.My time at Revature has since expanded upon my skills greatly, teaching me the modern frameworks and paradigms necessary to be a competent professional big data engineer. Through both solo and team projects completed at Revature, I have developed a foundational basis for big data pipelines that can range from MongoDB non-relational databases to Hadoop distributions, as well as Apache Spark AWS integrations. These projects have produced programs such as online website database parsers which can locally manage and manipulate data, cluster-distributed database management CLI's, and Twitter macro keyword analysis distributers.
