As Senior Property Development Manager, I am responsible for managing multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver refurbished or repurposed buildings and new purpose-built facilities. This involves overseeing the whole property development process from conceptualisation, feasibility studies and proposals, site acquisition, development proposals, detailed design, construction, services connections, through to either on-going property management or sales. In a career spanning almost 35 years within the property industry and qualifications in surveying, property valuation, land economics and project management, I have been involved in the delivery of a diverse range of projects, including shopping centres, multi-storey office towers, office parks, residential and industrial subdivisions, and industrial estates and industrial facilities.
