I’m Chief Engineer for Domino Printing Sciences; a global provider of industrial coding and marking solutions.In this lead R&D management role I wear a few “hats” – some to identify and drive forward “what” our products do; others to support the “how” and the ”why”. This includes both the development of our strategic roadmaps for our product offering (software and hardware) and the development of our teams and methods to deliver them. To do this, I’m an adaptable, effective team leader, builder and player with an attention to detail and quality. I have a strong technical background, the ability to see the “bigger picture” and a passion for problem solving. I love to collaborate and create effective solutions and ways of working that allow people, teams and businesses grow and improve. One of my favourite parts of the job is working with customers and teams to understand the variety of problems and objectives that they face and being able to help address and resolve them. Achieving simplicity in this complex world is good! Before joining Domino, I worked in the high-end consumer audio/video industry in a variety of roles covering software development, test engineering and manufacturing, which gave me a great understanding of the development and manufacturing life cycles. It was also great to be paid to listen to music!
