Accountable for driving a digital mindset with regional businesses in order to increase connectivity adoption. I work with a number of key business groups and customers throughout regional WA to show what's possible with our network, and also represent the needs of my communities back to NBN.Stakeholder management, both internal and external, is key for my ability to get results with a focus on positive agitation to encourage new ways of thinking.

• Accountable for the achievement of Optus customer growth and revenue market share gainsin WA with direct accountability for the performance of Optus’s physical distribution and store performance.• Create regional partnerships and sponsorships that support the regional strategy to drive advocacy and consideration in our regional communities• Work with key internal stakeholders to land regional initiatives and influence the broader network, product and marketing teams to better cater for regional customers• Design and execute a territory sales plan covering multiple channels and products including retail, online and tele sales across regional WA • Provide hands on, proactive local leadership, to create a high performance and high engagement culture across the region. • Represent the regional WA community in Optus forums, and Optus in our community.

The role of the Telstra Regional Engagement Manager (REM) is drive to Local Market Leadership – working collaboratively on National initiatives to deliver measurable programs that achieve local objectives. I collaborate with our Area Boards to develop plans that align to Telstra’s strategic objectives and have specific measures, are innovative, maximise assets, create positive customer experiences and drive sales.My role requires strong stakeholder management skills across all parts of the business including senior executives, building strong relationships, negotiating and influencing, presenting and driving strategic outcomes at Board and Executive level. This role also requires I have a strong marketing background complimented by commercial management, strategy and business development as well as change management experience.

Work with local teams and channels to ensure effective launch of new campaigns and products, delivery of local events, affinity and community programs across the region. Expertly analysed consumer and mass business product performance trends across areas and developed appropriate strategies and initiatives to leverage gaps and opportunities. Proficiently developed and managed the yearly regional plan, including associated local sales and marketing initiatives, sponsorships, P&A grids and budgets. Ensured customer and unassigned business product and revenue targets were not only achieved, but exceeded, at all times. Maintained the position of primary contact for Local Area Marketing (LAM) within the region ensuring that local opportunities and requirements were incorporated into acquisition programs.

I looked after a geographic portfolio of Telstra stores and partners, driving sales and capability.

I worked for a Telstra franchisee for over seven years and then went on to manage two Telstra stores for almost two years.
