I bring considerable experience and skills in Community Development, Financial Management, Human Resources, and Labour Relations.Currently, I serve as the Manager of HR and Labour Relations for the City of Fort St. John, where I lead initiatives to enhance employee relations and support front-line leaders in creating a positive culture in the workplace. In addition, I work part-time, remotely as the Human Resources Manager for Prophet River First Nation, focusing on HR practices that respect and integrate Indigenous cultural values.A strong business development professional and lifelong learner, I graduated from Booth University College and am now pursuing graduate studies in Indigenous/Intercultural Studies. I am a member in good standing with CPHR BC & Yukon and am on the path to earning the designation of Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
